What is Parcel Delivery?

Parcel Delivery is a simple business solution offered to Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (Coke Florida) e-commerce customers who utilize myCoke.com to order Coca-Cola™ products anytime, anywhere. Customers who need to place small, more frequent orders enjoy the benefits of convenient online orders and parcel deliveries directly to their business as soon as 48 to 72 hours by UPS®, our parcel delivery partner. Customers can also track orders once product ships.

Which Products Are Eligible for Parcel Delivery?

The products below are eligible for Parcel Delivery as of May 2021. Please note that 12LS items are part of our Bundles (Blue and Orange). Customers can mix and match brands and flavors within the Bundle color categories but must order in pairs of two.

How Do I Register for myCoke.com to Get Started with Parcel Delivery?

  1. CONTACT the Customer Care Center by email at myCokesupport@cocacolaflorida.com or call 844-863-COKE (Option 3) and mention that you want to sign up for Parcel Delivery.
  2. CHECK for a confirmation email from the Customer Care Center advising that your account has been updated to support Parcel Delivery. This includes updating your account to make sure that you can schedule your delivery.
  3. LOG IN at myCoke.com, build your order, and pay with the credit card or debit card that you added to myCoke Wallet1.
  4. PLACE your order.
  5. TRACK your delivery with the shipping and tracking number emailed to you by UPS®.

 

How We Handle Damaged or Missing Parcel Packages?

Mistakes happen, but the Coke Florida team is here to make it right. Please let us know about delivery issues within 24 hours including damaged or missing product. Send an email with the following information to myCokesupport@cocacolaflorida.com: photos of the damaged product, a description of the damage, and product “best by” date. We will process a replacement, if applicable.
